What is your favourite thing about school?

Passing the tests in all the subjects.

Who lives with you at your house? What are some of the chores you have to do at home?

I live with my stepmother, my three sisters and one brother.

What would you like people in America to know about your country, Namibia?

It is a very beautiful land and I wish the whole world would see it.

What are some of your goals and dreams? What do you want to be when you grow up?

I want to be a qualified accountant and part time writer.

What is your favourite thing about Namibia? What is your favorite thing about your culture/tribe?

The fact that all people get along.

Who is your hero and why?

Martin Luther King Jr., because he believed that all people no matter what can get along.

    Simeon, thanks for sharing your story! It’s so neat that you want to be an accountant and a writer – it sounds like you have many skills and talents to share with the world! Authors say the best way to train to be a writer is to write every single day. I bet Mrs. Shusko keeps you busy! Mrs. Shusko and I used to write together at our college newspaper, in 2003.
