What is your favourite thing about school?

I love the fact that I get to learn new things.

Who lives with you at your house? What are some of the chores you have to do at home?

I live with my mom. I cook, wash dishes, sweep and mop.

What would you like people in America to know about your country, Namibia?

It is different from all other African countries and it’s beautiful in its own way.

What are some of your goals and dreams? What do you want to be when you grow up?

When I grow up I want to be accountant but first I would like to study for a master’s degree.

What is your favourite thing about Namibia? What is your favorite thing about your culture/tribe?

My favourite thing about Namibia is that we have different traditions. I like our traditional dresses and traditional food.

Who is your hero and why?

My hero is my mother because she has taught me well and I believe that I’m going to be a successful woman in the future because of her.

    Thanks guys for sending a little bit of Namibia our way it’s also nice to hear that many of the students consider women their heroes. Strong women are a great asset to any country!
